Usually a CRM (or willingness to set one up), an email tool, and the website form/landing page where leads come in. If you don’t have these, we’ll recommend what to use — and we don’t take referral fees on tool recommendations.
We build workflows with error handling and notifications — if anything fails, you get alerted immediately rather than finding out a week later. We also document everything so changes are safe to make.
You’ll need a Zapier, Make, or n8n account, billed direct to you. Plans start at £15-30/month. We recommend the right platform for your usage and help you set it up at the lowest cost.
Yes — that’s the whole point. We document every workflow in plain English with screenshots, run a training session, and design the logic in a modular way so your team can update steps without breaking everything.
Optional retainers from £150/month, covering monitoring, optimisation, and 2 hours of small changes. Most clients move on without a retainer once their workflows are stable — only sign up if you’ll actively use it.
50% deposit on kickoff, 50% on go-live. For Business Overhaul projects, payment is split into three milestones across the build. We invoice in GBP.
